ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior UiPath Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade automation solutions across attended, unattended, and agentic deployment models. You will drive automation initiatives end-to-end — from solution design through production support — collaborating with business and technology teams to maximize ROI on our automation investments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and develop complex automation workflows using UiPath Studio following REFramework and best-practice design patterns.
Build and manage agentic automations that combine LLM-based reasoning with structured RPA workflows.
Configure and administer UiPath Orchestrator — robots, queues, schedules, assets, and exception handling.
Design human-in-the-loop workflows using Action Center for approvals, escalations,



and exception management.
Develop intelligent document processing pipelines for automated classification, extraction, and validation.
Integrate automations with enterprise systems via REST APIs, web services, and native connectors.
Author and maintain test cases; integrate automations into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
Lead code reviews, enforce quality standards, and mentor junior developers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to document processes, estimate effort, and define success metrics.
Architect agentic automations that orchestrate LLM reasoning, tool calls, and RPA execution for complex, judgment-based processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS

UiPath Platform
Robust hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, and Document Understanding.
Proficiency in agentic automation, AI-assisted workflows, and GenAI activity integration.
Experience with UiPath Test Suite and CI/CD integration (Azure
