About Design Talk

Design Talk is a rapid-growing creative platform focused on simplifying design for creators, businesses, and non-designers using tools like Canva and AI. We build impactful, user-friendly designs that help millions create faster and better.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create high-quality, engaging designs for digital platforms. You’ll work closely with our content and marketing team to bring ideas to life through visually compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality designs for:
Social media (Instagram posts, reels, carousels)
YouTube thumbnails
Marketing creatives & ads
Digital products and design assets
Work on Canva-based design systems and reusable design styles
Maintain brand consistency across all designs
Collaborate with content creators and strategists to execute ideas
Stay updated with design trends, AI tools, and Canva features
Optimize designs for performance (CTR, engagement, clarity)

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Canva (must-have), Photshop,



Affinity, Cavalry:
Good understanding of:
Typography
Color theory
Layout & hierarchy
Basic knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator (optional but preferred):
Ability to create scroll-stopping thumbnails and social content:
Understanding of content-driven design (not just aesthetics)
Familiarity with AI tools for design workflows is a plus
