Drive in-store sales by actively promoting women’s innerwear products and achieving assigned monthly sales targets.
Customer Engagement & Product Guidance - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on size, comfort, fit, style, and usage.
Product Knowledge - Maintain strong knowledge of product features, fabrics, sizes, designs, pricing, offers, and recent launches.
Customer Relationship Building - Create a friendly and qualified shopping experience while maintaining customer privacy and comfort.
Sales Conversion & Upselling - Identify customer requirements and confidently suggest relevant products, combinations, and premium options to increase sales.
Stock & Store Coordination - Monitor inventory, identify rapid-moving and slow-moving products, and coordinate with store staff for timely replenishment.
Daily Sales Reporting - Track sales performance, customer feedback, competitor activity, and market trends, and share regular reports with the sales/brand team.
