Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Pre-Production
Collaborate with the Marketing, Social Media, and Admissions teams to develop an annual visual content calendar aligned with the academic calendar and admissions campaigns.
Plan and schedule regular content creation days to capture authentic classroom learning, laboratories, sports, arts, campus life, and student engagement throughout the year.
Prepare detailed shot lists based on key marketing content pillars, including:
Campus & Infrastructure
Academics in Action
Sports & Performing Arts
Faculty Spotlights




Student Success Stories
Parent Testimonials
Admissions Campaigns
Coordinate with the Admissions and Administration teams to ensure all necessary permissions and parental consents are obtained prior to photographing or filming students.
Identify creative storytelling prospects that highlight the school's unique educational philosophy and campus culture.

Capture high-quality candid and posed photographs across all school activities, including:
