Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Operate aesthetic and wellness equipment according to established protocols.
Perform non-invasive cosmetic and body-contouring procedures on clients.
Conduct client consultations and explain treatment procedures.
Monitor clients during treatments and ensure their comfort and safety.
Maintain accurate treatment records and client documentation.
Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after appointments.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
Educate clients regarding pre-treatment and post-treatment care.
Maintain a skilled and welcoming environment for all clients.
Assist with general clinic operations as needed.

Qualifications
Excellent English speaking skills




Bachelors Degree or High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in medical spa, aesthetics, cosmetology, beauty, healthcare, wellness, or a related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work directly with clients in a professional manner.
Attention to detail and commitment to client safety.
Ability to learn and operate specialized aesthetic equipment.
Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with laser treatments, body contouring devices, skin rejuvenation equipment, or other aesthetic technologies.
Certification in aesthetics, cosmetology, nursing, or a related field.
Sales or client consultation experience.
