About the Role

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to speak with interested leads, understand their requirements, recommend the right AI automation program and convert qualified prospects into paid enrollments.

This is a target-based sales role involving regular calling, counselling, follow-ups and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Call leads assigned by the company.




Understand their goals, problems and training requirements.
Explain course content, fees, perks and support clearly.
Recommend the most suitable program.
Handle questions and sales objections professionally.
Follow up through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Convert interested leads into paid enrollments.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
Fresher or up to 6 months of telecalling or sales experience.
Valuable spoken English and solid communication skills.
Confidence while speaking with customers.
Basic persuasion and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Disciplined, punctual and hardworking.
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Willingness to learn about AI automation programs and services.
