Maintain and organize regulatory dossiers of past submissions for document archival required for audits and traceability
Maintain tracker of approved products
Track regulatory submission timelines, approvals, and retentions
Maintain and update internal databases and document management systems for regulatory files
Prepare and upload product database for NPPA compliance




Prepare reports and regulatory status updates
Review of approved product list with internal ERP system
Coordinate with RA team to keep all trackers updated at all times
Provide administrative support to the Regulatory Affairs team
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
