Front-of-House (FOH)
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
Take customer orders accurately.
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) billing system.
Handle cash, UPI, and card transactions.
Resolve basic customer queries and ensure a positive dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service counter and dining area.

Customer Service (CSR)
Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
Ensure timely order coordination and handover.
Handle customer feedback professionally.
Maintain service quality standards at all times.

Kitchen Operations
Assist in food preparation and assembly as per SOPs.
Ensure food quality and presentation standards are maintained.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Support stock replenishment and inventory checks.
Assist in opening and closing duties.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
