Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a premium jewellery shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gold, silver, diamond, and bridal jewellery.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Promote jewellery chit schemes and encourage premium-value enrolments.
Upsell and cross-sell jewellery collections, accessories, and festive offers.
Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
Coordinate with CRM for customer follow-ups and special occasions.
Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and showroom presentation.
Support junior sales executives through guidance and on-the-job coaching.
Stay updated on gold rates, jewellery trends, designs, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with Billing, Accounts, and Chit departments for smooth customer service.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally while maintaining high service standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
