Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns
Lead training and development initiatives for team members
Oversee business operations and project coordination
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
Drive client acquisition and business development
Manage and mentor team members, taking ownership of leadership responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management,



or related field preferred
Proven interest or experience in sales/marketing leadership
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable working independently and leading a team
