Ensure quality compliance during the assigned shift.
Monitor line quality and react immediately to abnormalities.
Verify adherence to SOPs, Control Plans, and inspection standards.
Prepare and submit shift quality reports and handover status.
Perform process audits and first-off/last-off verification during the shift.
Initiate containment actions and support root cause investigations.
Control internal rejection, segregation, and rework during production.
Guide inspectors/operators on quality requirements and inspection methods.
Coordinate with Production and Maintenance to resolve shift quality issues.
Escalate major quality issues immediately to the Manufacturing Quality Lead.
Sustain quality standards and ensure discipline on the shop floor.
Achieve shift-wise quality targets and ensure defect-free production.
