Jodi Studio is a designer boutique and custom stitching studio based in Bangalore. We specialize in designer blouses, bridal and festive wear, saree-to-dress transformations, kids wear, twinning outfits, and alterations - all crafted with a design-first approach and personalized fit. We are growing and looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team.

Role: Telecaller (Full-Time)

We are hiring a confident and well-spoken Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow up on enquiries, and support our clients throughout their journey with us. If you enjoy talking to people, have good communication skills, and can maintain a friendly and skilled tone, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers regarding our services and offers
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries about our products and services
Follow up on leads, appointments, and pending orders
Maintain and update customer records and call details
Explain our services such as custom stitching, designer wear,



and alterations to clients
Coordinate with the studio team to ensure smooth customer service
Achieve daily and monthly call and follow-up targets

Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (any two preferred)
Pleasant voice and confident telephone manner
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage (freshers welcome)
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally

What We Offer
Full-time position at our Bangalore studio
Salary: Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Supportive and friendly work workplace
Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 8:30 PM
