We're looking for an experienced and motivated skilled to join our automobile team.

Position: Automobile Quality Control / Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily workshop/floor operations.
Ensure quality standards are maintained for all vehicles.
Inspect repair and service work before vehicle delivery.
Manage technicians and allocate work efficiently.
Monitor productivity, safety, and workplace discipline.
Maintain quality records and prepare reports.
Coordinate with customers and the service team to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (preferred).
Experience in automobile workshop operations and quality control.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams and maintain high-quality standards.

Location: Sinnar, Nashik, Maharashtra
Experience: 3+ Years (preferred)
