Technical Support Engineer L2

Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite technical support for Linux-based servers and Oracle database environments.
Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and ensure uptime and reliability.
Troubleshoot OS, and database-related issues and escalate when necessary.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Ensure compliance with security policies and perform regular audits.
Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



or related field.
2+ years of experience in Linux system administration and Oracle database support.
Solid knowledge of RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu and shell scripting.
Experience with Oracle 11g/12c/19c, including RMAN, Data Pump, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools (Nagios, Grafana, etc.).
Understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, and security protocols.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a quick-paced workplace.
