Sound knowledge of software installation and configuration
Proficiency in basic troubleshooting techniques
Troubleshooting and Resolution of hardware & software issues through telephonic & remote tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
Willing to travel as per project requirement

Responsibilities:
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Provide hands-on technical support to customers, including software installation and troubleshooting




Collaborate with product development and quality assurance teams to identify and resolve software issues
