About Us
Job Summary
A Store Officer manages and oversees daily store operations, inventory control, and supply chain logistics. They are responsible for receiving, organizing, and safely storing goods, accurately tracking stock levels, and ensuring materials are efficiently issued to relevant departments while maintaining strict compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Track all inward and outward stock, maintain optimal inventory levels, and process stock replenishments to avoid shortages.
Receiving & Quality Control: Inspect incoming deliveries against purchase orders, verify quantities, and flag damaged or defective items.
Material Issuance: Safely issue items to departments only against authorized requisitions, recording all details promptly in the inventory system.
Auditing & Reporting: Conduct routine physical stock counts, reconcile manual counts with digital records, and investigate discrepancies.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized,
and secure storage environment that complies with Health, Safety, and Workplace (HSE) guidelines.
Department Collaboration: Coordinate heavily with the Purchasing and Finance departments to process invoices, resolve discrepancies, and plan future procurement.
