Provide information about rooms, services, amenities, and pricing
Respond to inquiries about availability and facilities
Answer incoming calls professionally and politely
Take booking requests for rooms, events, or dining
Provide quick solutions or escalate issues to management
Ensure customer satisfaction and a positive experience
Inform customers about ongoing offers, packages, or discounts
Coordinate with the reservations, front office, banquet, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Record and maintain detailed information on customer calls, reservations, and client data while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
