Key Responsibilities
Support smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
Supervise assigned restaurant sections during service.
Ensure tables are properly set before service.
Monitor guest seating, order taking, food service, table clearance, and billing.
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Ensure restaurant opening and closing procedures are followed.
Support the Restaurant Manager during peak service periods.
Ensure orders are accurately entered into the POS system.
Check order specifications before communicating with the kitchen.
Monitor food delivery time.
Coordinate effectively between kitchen and service teams.
Ensure correct food and beverages reach the correct table.
Monitor billing accuracy before presentation to guests.
