Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth by acquiring recent investors and converting prospects through field visits, client meetings, and relationship-building activities.
Schedule, attend, and document client meetings, including maintaining proper MoM and follow-ups
Manage client onboarding, KYC processing, transactions, and documentation while ensuring compliance standards




Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding financial goals and investment requirements
Assist clients with mutual fund-related queries, SIPs, and investment processes
Re-engage inactive clients and encourage fresh or increased investments
Ensure timely client servicing, relationship management, and long-term retention
Coordinate with internal teams and management for the smooth execution of client requests
Prepare regular reports and updates regarding client interactions and service activities
Generate leads, referrals, and identify business development prospects through existing and new client networks

Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust client handling and relationship management abilities
Ability to simplify and explain financial concepts to clients
Basic understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs, ELSS, and tax-saving investment products preferred
