Job Description - Spanish-Speaking Auto Parts Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
Handle sales inquiries from Spanish-speaking customers and clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate automotive parts.
Identify and develop current sales opportunities in Spanish-speaking markets.
Coordinate with the warehouse, procurement, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, quotations, and orders.
Communicate product specifications, availability, pricing, and delivery timelines in Spanish.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall department growth.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.:
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory - verbal.
Good command of English and Spanish.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of automotive spare parts.
Positive computer skills, including MS Office/Excel.
