Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Advisor (US Shift) located in Ahmedabad (Ashram Road).

Key responsibilities include:
Screening profiles and recommending suitable roles

Coordinating and scheduling interviews

Building strong relationships to ensure a smooth hiring journey

Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Target-oriented mindset with focus on outcomes

Bachelor’s degree in Business,



Marketing, or related field

Comfortable working in US Shift (Night Shift)

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
