Job Responsibilities
Operate and monitor the MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) plant safely and efficiently.
Record hourly process parameters such as temperature, pressure, vacuum, flow, and motor load.
Monitor feed, condensate, and concentrate quality.
Ensure smooth plant startup, shutdown, and normal operation.
Identify operational abnormalities and report them to the supervisor.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Maintain daily log sheets and production records.
Follow all safety procedures and company SOPs.
Perform routine housekeeping and ensure the work area remains clean.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of MVR, Evaporator, ETP, or ZLD systems.
Understanding of pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and process instrumentation.
Ability to troubleshoot basic operational issues.




Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
