Job Purpose:
To execute and monitor Core & Shell construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, timely completion and effective coordination for a premium high-rise residential project.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Execute and monitor RCC, masonry and plaster works as per approved drawings.
Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution and monitoring.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants and site supervisors.
Ensure quality control and workmanship standards.
Monitor safety compliance and statutory requirements.
Verify measurements, quantities and support billing/documentation.
Manage site logistics, material utilization and basic site facilities.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and resolve execution issues proactively.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Daily planned work completion ≥95%
