Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioners, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, ventilation units, and refrigeration equipment.
Monitor HVAC system performance and optimize efficiency.
Attend breakdown calls and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Check refrigerant levels, compressors, motors, filters, belts, thermostats, and electrical components.
Maintain cooling towers, pumps, exhaust and fresh air systems.
Record daily maintenance activities and equipment performance in maintenance logs.
Coordinate with vendors for major repairs and AMC services when required.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and preventive maintenance schedules.
Support engineering and facility maintenance activities as assigned.
Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in valuable condition.




Respond to emergency maintenance calls on a priority basis.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration principles.
Hands-on experience with chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, and split/package AC units.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
Basic understanding of electrical troubleshooting.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and emergency situations.

Preferred Experience
Experience in hotels, hospitals, resorts, malls, or commercial buildings.
Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
