Experience with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID. PowerShell scripting and automation skills. Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM). Experience with AD replication, trusts, and forest/domain administration. Knowledge of security hardening and compliance standards. Familiarity with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.Key Deliverables
AD administration and governance. User lifecycle management. Security and compliance adherence. GPO deployment and maintenance. AD health monitoring and reporting. Access provisioning and deprovisioning.

Key Responsibilities
Provide Expert Support For On-Premise Active Directory Issues By Independently Resolving Tickets And Ensuring Adherence To Quality Standards And Company Policies.
Manage On-Call Escalations Effectively,



Conducting Root Cause Analysis For Recurring Issues To Minimize Disruptions And Enhance Service Reliability.
Contribute To Knowledge Management By Updating The Knowledge Base And Training Current Team Members, Ensuring The Continuous Development Of Support Analysts.
Ensure Timely Resolution Of Support Tickets Within Agreed Sla Parameters, Maintaining High Standards Of Service Delivery.
Foster Positive Customer Experiences And High Csat Scores Through First Call Resolution Practices And Minimizing The Number Of Reopened Cases.
