Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability of mining and transportation operations.
Ensure accurate accounting of revenue, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
Taxation & Compliance:
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with government regulations.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Cost Control & Analysis:
Monitor mining and transportation costs, including fuel, maintenance, and manpower expenses.
Conduct cost analysis and recommend measures for cost optimization.
Prepare project-wise and vehicle-wise profitability reports.
Accounts & Audit:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
Manage internal and statutory audits.
Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation.
Inventory & Asset Management:
Monitor inventory of diesel, lubricants, spare parts, and mining materials.




Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation records.
Verify physical assets and stock periodically.
Vendor & Contract Management:
Review vendor payments and contract agreements.
Monitor receivables and payables.
Ensure proper financial controls in procurement and transportation contracts.
Management Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Present financial insights and recommendations to management.
Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
