nn About the Role

nWe are looking for Sales Counselors / Educational Counselors with experience in Digital Marketing/Education sales. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and convincing skills and be comfortable handling leads, counseling students, and converting prospects into enrollments.

nn Key Responsibilities

nn• Handle and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

n• Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.

n• Conduct counseling sessions and explain course advantages, fees, and career opportunities.

n• Convert qualified leads into enrollments/admissions.





n• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

n• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information in CRM.

n• Build strong relationships with students and parents.

nn Requirements

nn• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Counseling, Educational Counseling, Inside Sales, or Digital Marketing sales.

n• Experience in EdTech/Education sales is preferred.

n• Robust communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

n• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

n• Good knowledge of lead conversion and follow-up processes.

n• English and Hindi – Mandatory.

n• Candidates available to work from Hyderabad.

n• Immediate joiners preferred.
