Telugu Telecaller - Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telugu-speaking Telecaller to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and generate leads.
Follow up with interested customers and explain our products/services.
Understand customer requirements and provide the right information.
Maintain proper follow-up records.
Coordinate with the sales and installation team.
Convert leads into confirmed orders.
Handle customer queries professionally.

Requirements:
Fluent Telugu communication is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of Hindi and English is an advantage.




Positive communication and convincing skills.
Freshers can apply.
Prior telecalling/sales experience will be an added advantage.
Should be comfortable making regular customer calls.
