Create lesson plans that integrate various learning outcomes. Plan and execute developmentally appropriate activities based on the Maple Bear curriculum.
Maintain a protected, clean, and organized classroom workplace conducive to learning.
Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
Assess the developmental needs and progress of each child through observation, documentation, and assessment tools.
Provide one-on-one support and guidance as needed to help children reach their full potential.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns or achievements.
Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and events to foster parental involvement in their child's education.
Collaborate with parents to support their child's learning and development both at school and at home.
Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development prospects provided by Maple Bear.
Stay informed about best practices in early childhood education, child development research, and relevant educational trends
