Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) team.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, FSSC 22000, GMP, GHP, HACCP, and company quality standards.
Inspect incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
Monitor production processes and critical control points (CCPs).
Conduct daily quality checks and maintain quality records.
Investigate customer complaints, product defects, and non-conformities.
Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Coordinate internal, customer, and external audits.
Train production employees on hygiene, food safety, and quality procedures.
Ensure calibration of measuring and testing equipment.
Approve product release and ensure traceability of all batches.
Monitor shelf-life studies and product quality trends.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, and R&D; departments to resolve quality issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
