Role Overview:
We are looking for an entry-level Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst - Learning & Development (L&D;) to join our team. This is an excellent prospect for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in data analytics, dashboard creation, KPI tracking, and project coordination within an L&D; workplace.

Job Title: Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst - L&D; (Fresher)

Location: Baner, Pune

Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining Looker dashboards for L&D; reporting.
Support data analysis to track key performance metrics (KPIs) for training programs.
Help in designing data models for better reporting and insights.
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into data-driven solutions.
Assist in managing key accounts, acting as a point of contact for data-related queries.




Support project coordination for L&D; initiatives, ensuring timely execution.
Perform data cleaning and reporting using Excel.
Learn and implement automation techniques for reporting processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of Looker (or willingness to learn).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
Basic understanding of SQL (preferred but not mandatory).
Interest in Project Management and stakeholder coordination.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
