About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Visit retail shops, distributors, wholesalers, cafés, restaurants and other potential customers in the assigned area.
Generate daily sales and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Take orders and ensure timely follow-up for delivery.
Develop new retail outlets and expand the company's market presence.
Maintain good relationships with retailers, distributors and customers.
Promote Peakdrop Beverages products and explain product features, pricing and offers.
Ensure proper product availability, display and visibility at retail outlets.
Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities.
Collect customer feedback regarding products, pricing and market demand.
Monitor competitor products, prices, schemes and market activities.
Support promotional activities,



product sampling and local marketing campaigns.
Assist in payment collection and maintain proper customer records.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and market visit reports.
Coordinate with the sales, distribution and delivery team for smooth order execution.
Follow company policies, pricing guidelines and sales procedures.

Required Skills:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and FMCG products.
Ability to build relationships with retailers and customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Positive negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and MS Excel.
Ability to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.
Honest, punctual and responsible.

Qualification & Experience
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in FMCG, beverage, food or retail sales will be an advantage
