We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Fresher to support our Human Resources team across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate who wants broad exposure to core HR functions and a explicit growth path.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment support
Post job openings on portals and social media
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain the applicant tracking sheet/ATS and recruitment reports
Onboarding and documentation
Prepare offer letters and current-hire paperwork
Collect and verify employee documents (KYC, education, experience)
Coordinate induction/orientation and buddy assignments
Create/maintain employee files in HRIS and shared drives
HR operations and data
Update HR databases (attendance, leaves, employee master data)
Assist with payroll inputs (current joiners, exits, variable components)
Generate basic HR reports and dashboards (hiring, headcount, attrition)

Pay: ₹10,858.24 - ₹33,204.27 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mohali, Punjab
