Position Overview

Offshore Marketers is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of digital marketing projects. The incumbent will act as a central liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely project delivery, resource optimization, and adherence to quality standards.

The role requires solid project management capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Content, Design, Video Production, and Web Development.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
Coordinate end-to-end execution of digital marketing projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, task schedules, and delivery roadmaps.
Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
Identify potential risks,



dependencies, and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions proactively.
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timelines, and quality expectations.

Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Understand client objectives, business requirements, and project expectations.
Facilitate regular client meetings, status updates, and performance discussions.
Manage client communications professionally and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent service excellence.

Cross-Functional Team Coordination
Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Content, Paid Marketing, and Development teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Assign tasks and monitor progress across departments.
Ensure alignment between client requirements and intern
