Your role:
You will
Ensure that the customer changes are logged, progressed, updated/authorized and actioned/resolved within the scope of the Service Level Agreement.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare reports on statistical information

Your Profile:
German language level fluent (minimum C1 level).




Solid knowledge of automotive engineering.
Strong communication skills, structured ways of working and analytical skills.
English will be a plus.
