Coordinate daily operations of assigned retail stores.
Monitor store sales, stock availability, and replenishment.
Ensure company SOPs, policies, and hygiene standards are followed.
Coordinate with Store Managers and Head Office for operational requirements.
Track inventory, stock transfers, and minimize stock discrepancies.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and productivity.
Ensure proper product display, pricing, and promotional execution.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular store visits and submit operational reports.
Support current store openings, audits, and staff training.
Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams for stock availability.
Ensure billing, cash handling, and store documentation are accurate.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
