IosAndWeb Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Fresher HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to begin a career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding and induction of new employees
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
Handle basic HR operations and administrative tasks
Handle and maintain social media accounts of the company.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills




Good organizational and time management abilities
Basic knowledge of HR functions and processes
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency in Canva or other design softwares.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Internship or certification in HR
Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HR tools
Basic understanding of labor laws
