Position: Store Manager ( Perfumes or Cosmetics Manufacturing Background)

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations including receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, consumables, and spare parts.
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP, SAP, or Excel and ensure proper documentation such as GRN, issue slips, challans, and stock registers.
Conduct regular physical stock checks, cycle counts, and monthly stock reconciliation, and investigate inventory mismatches or shortages.
Monitor minimum stock, reorder levels, slow-moving stock, and obsolete inventory to avoid shortages and excess holding.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments for timely material availability and proper stock flow.
Ensure FIFO or FEFO practices, proper bin location management, labeling, and protected material handling in the store area.
Supervise store staff, assign daily work,



and maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse or store premises.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports for management review.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; diploma or certification in material management or store management will be an advantage.
Experience in manufacturing industry stores, warehouse, inventory, or dispatch operations is preferred.
Working knowledge of ERP, SAP, or advanced Excel for stock tracking and reporting is preferred.
Positive communication, coordination, and team handling skills are key for this role.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Bhayla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
