Rare Planet is a leading Indian lifestyle and souvenir brand that celebrates India's rich culture through beautifully designed handcrafted products, gifts, and home décor. We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Team Lead to manage our retail store operations and lead the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, motivate, and guide the store team to achieve sales targets.
Deliver an excellent customer shopping experience.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching when required.
Manage staff attendance, shift scheduling, and task allocation.
Ensure visual merchandising and store displays are maintained as per company standards.
Handle customer queries and resolve escalations professionally.




Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate stock replenishment.
Ensure billing, cash handling, and store opening/closing procedures are followed.
Prepare daily sales and operational reports.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a Team Lead/Senior Sales Associate role preferred.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Excel.
