Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations across all bakery and sweets outlets.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate procurement to minimize wastage.
Ensure product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.
Handle CRM activities, customer feedback, and resolve customer issues effectively.
Recruit, onboard, and train current staff members on SOPs and customer service.
Supervise outlet managers and staff to achieve operational and sales targets.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor sales, expenses, and prepare operational reports.
Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.
Improve operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
