Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Manager to oversee manage admissions, support business growth, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete admissions process, from inquiry to enrolment.
Develop and implement strategies to increase admissions and business growth.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the admissions and sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients.
Monitor branch performance and achieve monthly revenue targets.




Prepare reports on admissions, sales performance, and business growth.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure excellent customer service and a positive student experience.

Eligibility
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Robust communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
