A Production Supervisor in a candy manufacturing company oversees daily floor operations, ensuring batches (cooking, cooling, and packaging) run efficiently and safely of manpower's.

1.Set daily / weekly / monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
Ensure the secure use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance of machine and floor.
Check production output according to specifications.
Submit reports on performance and progress shop floor production.

Pay: ₹15,308.90 - ₹40,130.72 per month
