About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Understand and identify the hiring requirements of various departments by coordinating with hiring managers.
Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent across different functions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Prepare and roll out offer letters, negotiate compensation within approved budgets, and coordinate the onboarding process.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
Stay updated on industry hiring trends and recommend improvements to the recruitment process.




Work closely with department heads to understand workforce planning and future hiring requirements.

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
Positive stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Solid sourcing and headhunting abilities.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
