Handle customer enquiries and explain property/project details.
Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate with customers and support the booking/closure process.
Maintain customer records, lead status, and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Accounts, and Site teams.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Provide regular sales and target reports to the Sales.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
