Responsibilities
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
Provide instruction in reading, writing, and speaking Hindi.
Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments and exams.
Incorporate multimedia and technology into lessons to enhance learning.
Foster a positive classroom workplace and manage student behavior.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
Participate in faculty meetings and career development activities.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field is required. Previous teaching experience, particularly in a classroom setting, is preferred.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Solid proficiency in Hindi and English, both written and spoken.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge of educational technology and teaching methodologies.
Patience and adaptability in addressing various student needs.
Location: Patna, Bihar
Salary: 25K-30K per month
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
