We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BD Executive) who is passionate about B2B sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, business development, client interaction, cold calling, networking, and achieving targets.

Research and identify potential clients across different industries who may require IT and digital marketing solutions.
Pitch and sell IT services, including:
Website Development
Web Application Development
Mobile Application Development
SaaS Solutions
CRM & ERP Solutions
Custom Software Development
AI & Automation Solutions
Pitch and sell Digital Marketing Services, including:
SEO
Google Ads / PPC
Meta Ads
Social Media Marketing
Performance Marketing
Content Marketing
Lead Generation
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions based on their business needs.
Schedule and conduct client calls, meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
Prepare business proposals, quotations,



presentations, and commercial offers.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close deals within company guidelines.
Maintain accurate and updated lead, prospect, follow-up, and client information in the CRM.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the technical, development, and digital marketing teams for smooth project handover after closing.
Track competitors, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
