Role Overview

As a Holiday Consultant,



you will be the face of Karma Group to prospective members. You will engage with families, understand their holiday aspirations, and introduce them to our exclusive membership and fractional ownership products. This is a high-earning, high-growth role suited for confident, persuasive individuals who thrive in a consultative sales setting.

You will be based at one of our resort locations — meaning your workplace is where others come to holiday.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct personalised sales presentations to prospective members at resort locations
Understand client needs and match them to the appropriate Karma membership or ownership product
Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high-trust, consultative sales approach
Meet and exceed individual and team monthly sales targets
Communicate effectively with families in their preferred language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Hindi, or English)
