We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of medical products in the field. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with hospitals/nursing homes and clinics to promote and sell our range of medical products.

Role & Responsibility
Develop sales plan to achieve monthly sales targets and expand customer base.
Identify and qualify new leads through market & customer visits in person. Lead management thru research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals.
Present and demonstrate medical products highlighting features and advantages and make sales.
Negotiate sales orders and contracts to secure business opportunities.
Provide quotation & proposals to address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise.

Job Specifications
Education : Any Degree With first class.
Experience :



2 – 5 yrs with medical equipment selling experience. Prior Selling hospital beds/ allied products is preferred.
Proven track record of successful sales experience in hospitals in Chennai and around.
Age : Below 28 yrs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively to meet with clients.
Soft skills : Solid negotiation and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with medical terminology and products.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Work Location : Anna nagar, Chennai
On-time Daily Sales reports highlighting outcomes is MUST.
