SALES EXECUTIVE – REAL ESTATE

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive with minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads and site visits into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on real estate leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties/projects.

Arrange and conduct property site visits.

Build strong relationships with prospective buyers.

Follow up consistently with existing and potential customers.

Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process.

Coordinate with builders/developers and internal teams to close transactions.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings.





Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Stay updated on Bangalore’s real estate market, projects, pricing, and offers.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Good knowledge of Bangalore real estate is an advantage.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
