Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Monitor and maintain fabrication equipment such as welding machines, CNC machines, cutting machines, hydraulic presses, compressors, EOT cranes, and material handling equipment.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
Ensure maximum machine availability and operational efficiency.
Maintain maintenance records, machine history cards, and service reports.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Analyze recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Assist in installation, commissioning, and relocation of machinery.
Monitor utility systems including air compressors, DG sets, and electrical panels.
Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Conduct regular equipment inspections and safety audits.




Implement lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance activities.
Ensure statutory compliance related to machinery and utilities.
Maintain critical spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with the purchase department for procurement of maintenance materials and spares.
Evaluate vendor performance and service quality.
Identify prospects for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Participate in TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Recommend equipment upgrades and process improvements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
